Swim Coaching

Train and Race, LLC offers swim coaching to swimmers 4 years old and older.  We do private coaching and group coaching to swimmers of all abilities. We teach individuals who wish to learn proper technique and body position as well as to those who have the proper form but lack strength and endurance.    Our students learn how to swim correctly, with less effort, and with that they are faster and stronger in the water.

No matter if you are a complete beginner or a veteran swimmer we can and will make you better in just one swim coaching session.  You will be absolutely stunned at the difference you will feel and the things you will take away from one practice.  We guarantee it.

About the Coach……

Train and Race swim coach Khaled Coury has been involved in competitive aquatics for the past 30 years.  Khaled is a product of the nationally recognized swimming team the Sarasota YMCA Sharks where he trained under such great coaches as Sherwood Watts, Ira Klein, Chuck Warner and Taylor Cooper.  Under their direction Khaled was a nationally ranked distance swimmer and open water swimmer.  His experience in coaching recreational swim teams, USA club swim teams and masters swim teams has allowed him to understand the different needs of the “individual” swimmer and he is able to coach based upon those needs.  His strong understanding of the basic fundamentals of the sport of swimming and his ability to teach proper stroke technique to swimmers of all ages make him the great coach that he is today.
